Police are urging members of the public to call them immediately if they see a man wanted for armed robbery and drug dealing.

Abdillahi Said Hersi, 30, is wanted in Germany for his alleged involvement in an armed robbery of a supermarket in 2009, in which 15,000 Euros were taken.

He was last seen in Hendon on March 28 this year, and is believed to have connections to the Wealdstone and Harrow areas, as well as other parts of south-east England.

Hersi, who is of Somali descent, is described as 6ft 1in of thin build, with a gap in his upper front teeth.

He is also sought by Thames Valley Police in connection with the supply of drugs.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "He may be using a different name and the public are warned not to approach him but to call police immediately if they see him."

Anyone who has information concerning the whereabouts of Abdillahi Said Hersi should call detectives at Westminster Major Crimes Unit on 101 or contact police via Twitter @MetCC.
