A 19-year-old man was taken to hospital with a stab wound to the chest after an incident in Wembley earlier this month.

Police were called to Denzil Road near the College of North West London at around 10.45am on Wednesday, March 15 where they found the teen suffering from a stab wound.

He was taken to a central London hospital but his injuries were not life-threatening and he was later discharged.

A public appeal has no been launched to find anyone who witnessed the stabbing or who may be able to help with the investigation.

The Metropolitan Police are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a knife in Denzil Road since the incident.

An 18-year-old man has been charged with grievous bodily harm in relation to this incident.
