A "vulnerable" teenage girl who is originally from Shepherd's Bush has been missing for over a week.

Annabelle Galvin, who has just turned 17, was last seen at her home in Derbyshire on Sunday, September 18, at around 2.30pm.

Although she has not been seen since then, she has made contact via phone, most recently on Saturday (September 24) at around 7.40pm.

Police believe the teenager, whom they describe as "vulnerable", is in London. Officers say they are concerned for her safety and wellbeing.

She is known to frequents parts of Hammersmith & Fulham and Wandsworth boroughs, and south-west London in general.

Annabelle is white, around 5ft6ins, with a slight build and very long highlighted blonde hair, which is usually in a pony tail.

She was last seen wearing a black bomber jacket, a creamy white tee shirt with short grey sleeves, a grey jumper, blue skinny jeans and trainers. It is not known if she has any changes of clothing with her.

Anyone who sees Annabelle or knows of her whereabouts is urged to call police in Hammersmith & Fulham on 101.
