A fight involving around seven to ten young people near Victoria Station resulted in two teenagers being hospitalised , police have said.
Both boys were taken to central London hospitals .
Police said today (Wednesday March 8) one of the injured remains in hospital, having sustained stab injuries to his leg.
The second victim sustained stab injuries to his arm and has been discharged from hospital.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "Detectives from Westminster CID are investigating.
"At this early stage, it appears there was an altercation involving around seven to ten young people in the area of Wilton Road.
"Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with information that may assist the investigation, to contact Westminster CID via 101 or @MetCC."
Additional officers will be in the Victoria area this afternoon (Wednesday March 8) to provide reassurance, the spokesman said, and to speak with any members of the public who may have information.
