A woman has told getwestlondon of her shock after her car was 'fire-bombed' in Hayes on Tuesday night (September 6).
The 47-year-old believes she was targeted deliberately after CCTV footage showed people in the area at the time.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) were called to the car fire in Attlee Road at 11.22pm. They said the cause of the blaze is currently being investigated.
'They have crushed me'
The victim said a neighbour's CCTV camera captured two people on a moped who may have been involved.
She added: “That's my car. That's my livelihood.
“I don't even want to go outside to see the car. I'm so angry.
“They have crushed me emotionally and financially.”
She said she went to bed at around 11pm on Tuesday when 10 minutes later she looked out the window to see her car ablaze.
LFB were able to put the fire out by 11.48pm.
'Filled something up with petrol'
A fire brigade spokesman said: “We were called at 11.22pm. We sent one fire engine.
“The car would have been badly damaged. The cause is under investigation.”
The victim said CCTV footage shows one of the people on the moped 'filling something up with petrol'.
She said: “I don't think it's anything to do with me.
“I wanted to put my story out there. The impact of what they've done has affected me.
