Two men in their twenties have been arrested on suspicious of Grievous Bodily Harm after throwing a bottle out of a car at a passer by in Uxbridge town centre.
Police were called at around 6am on Friday, 13 November, by a man who alleged a bottle had been thrown at him by occupants of a passing car in Belmont Road, Uxbridge .
Officers from Hillingdon police traced the car and two men, aged 20 and 23, were arrested on suspicion of GBH and the pair remained in custody throughout the day.
A Metropolitan police spokesperson confirmed the male pedestrian was not injured.
Police are continuing their enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident and are being investigating by Hillingdon officers.
