Two men have admitted running a brothel, following police raids in Hounslow and Hillingdon.

Onudinald Boca, 35, and of Hayre Drive, Southall; and Sandel Lupu, 33, of Heston Road, Hounslow; each pleaded guilty to two counts of running a brothel. Lupu also admitted having a stun gun.

Mihai Hotnogu, also 35 and of Hayre Drive, Southall, admitted possession of criminal property.

Hotnogu denied running a brothel, while Boca and Hotnogu both denied having a weapon. The charges against them were dismissed.

Marina Hotnogu, 35, of Hayre Drive, Southall, who was also arrested during the late-night raids in the two boroughs on March 30, denied possessing criminal property and having a weapon for the discharge of a noxious gas. The charges against her were also dismissed.

Lupu and Boca had both pleaded guilty at Isleworth Crown Court on July 10, while Hotnogu admitted his offence at the court on September 1, the day his trial was due to begin. All three men are due to be sentenced on September 29.

Police said in March they had closed a brothel in Hounslow and found weapons along with tens of thousands of pounds during a series of raids targeting gangs believed to be involved in prostitution.
