Hillingdon patients face another round of cancellations for planned operations, as junior doctors prepare for another strike.
This follows the latest breakdown in talks between the British Medical Association (BMA) and the government on national working terms and conditions for junior doctors.
A spokesperson for the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, said: "Emergency cover will be provided and the strike will start at 8am and be in place for 48 hours.
"As result of the strike action, the trust has had to cancel some of its outpatient clinics, non-urgent scheduled procedures and operations on April 6 and April 7.
"The trust has been contacting all patients who are booked in for appointments or procedures to advise if these will need to be re-scheduled."
Trust consultants and other doctors will be covering all emergency and critical areas. Urgent patient procedures will go ahead as planned.
The trust is appealing to people to only visit A&E if they are in need of urgent or emergency care.
