Two teenagers were stabbed in a central Harrow cul-de-sac yesterday afternoon in broad daylight.

The victims were 17-year-old boys who were attacked in High Mead, off Station Road, Harrow, at just before 4.50pm.

One suffered stab wounds to both his thighs and the other was stabbed in the neck.

Paramedics took the pair to a north London hospital where the first teenager remains in a critical condition and the second has been discharged.

Detectives from the Trident Gang Command - which probes black-on-black crime - are currently investigating the incident and at this early stage they believe the two victims were robbed by three men.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
