Travellers have moved onto land in Northolt for the second time in little over six months.

Around 20 caravans and two trucks have pitched up at the shut-down PC World car park, in White Hart Roundabout, Ruislip Road .

Police said they are aware and say legal proceedings have begun to move on them away.

One local businessman said they arrived on Monday (February 14), but a message on Twitter from Northolt police said the group begun turning up on Friday (February 10).

Asking to remain anonymous, the businessman said it is the second time travellers have moved onto the site in recent months, following the closure of technology retailer.

Acting Sergeant Ben Koslicki said police had visited the car park and the land owner was in the process of obtaining a “court order ASAP to move them on”.

The same officer also tweeted from the site in July, after travellers had moved on, showing a photo (below) of rubbish left behind.
