Police have closed the Fulham Palace Road at Hammersmith Broadway end this afternoon following an incident.
Traffic is currently at a standstill around the Hammersmith gyratory and the 190, 211, 220, 295 bus routes are subject to diversion and delays in both direction.
As of 3.20pm Fulham Palace Road was closed between Hammersmith gyratory and Charing Cross Hospital in both directions. The bus station is closed and so is Hammersmith Road and Queen Caroline Street.
Workers were moved from the Hammersmith Flyover to the nearby Apollo site.
