Mobile customers on Three faced a black out in Hayes this week, with mobile data users unable to connect with each other.

One annoyed customer told getwestlondon on Wednesday (26 August): "Three has gone down in the Hayes area.

"I just spoke to customer services and they said 'Sorry, you can't have network until Monday!'

"All my family have got Three and we can't communicate with each other."

The Three network confirmed that Hayes was affected by a temporary loss of service.

A spokesperson for Three, known as 3G, said: “We are sorry that some customers in the Hayes area experienced problems with the network and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. The issue has now been resolved and normal service has resumed.”
