Three teenagers have been arrested following a robbery in Southall .

Metropolitan Police was called to The Broadway on May 10, at around 11.55am, after reports that a woman had a chain snatched from her neck.

The necklace was found nearby.

London Ambulance Service (LAS) took the woman to a west London hospital and she has since been discharged.

Three 16-year-old boys were arrested on May 11 and have since been bailed.

A police spokesman said: "Officers are investigating a robbery outside a shop in Southall.

"Police were called at approximately 11:55am on Wednesday, May 10 to The Broadway following reports that a woman had a chain snatched from her neck.

"The 40-year-old woman was taken by the London Ambulance Service to a west London hospital and has since been discharged.

"The necklace was found nearby.

"Three 16-year-old boys were arrested on Thursday, May 11 and taken to a west London police for questioning. They have all now been bailed to a date in early June."
