A new cinema and 527 homes, including a 27-storey tower, are planned for the High Street Quarter site just off Hounslow High Street.

The development already has planning permission but is now subject to a public inquiry following objections to Hounslow Council 's use of compulsory purchase powers to secure the land.

Further details of the shops lined up for the site and those the developer is keen to attract emerged on day one of the public hearing.

Below is a list of what you can expect, dependant on the outcome of the public inquiry, with Wilson Bowden Developments hoping to begin work early next year and to complete building in September 2020.
