A 14-year-old boy has been found guilty of sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl in Feltham.

Following a two-day trial, the teenager was convicted at Feltham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (August 25).

He was found guilty of raping a girl, aged under 13, and sexually assaulting a girl, aged under 13.

He had denied both offences, which took place on March 21 last year, when the boy was 13-years-old.

The victim of the sexual assault was aged just eight when it happened, the court heard.

A third charge of sexually assault on a girl, aged under 13, was left to lie on file.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is due to be sentenced at Ealing Magistrates' Court on October 9.
