Teen fighting for his life after Ladbroke Grove stabbing

A teenager is fighting for his life after he was stabbed in Ladbroke Grove on Sunday (October 1) night.

The 18-year-old was taken to a hospital in central London following the incident, which happened in Elgin Mews at around 9.30pm, and remains in a critical condition.

Police are investigating and the victim’s next of kin have been informed.

Scotland Yard said the teen was stabbed after becoming involved in an altercation.

Officers from Kensington and Chelsea are working to establish a motive, and are appealing to anyone who was in the area and saw or heard anything that could assist the investigation.

No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
