One the many hotels at Heathrow Airport has re-opened after receiving a multi-million pound refurbishment.

Following a 12-month redevelopment, Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport has a new contemporary look, boasting 349 newly refurbished bedrooms and 11 new meeting and event spaces.

The hotel, which is located a short distance from the airport, in Bath Road, Hounslow , also features a gym, a restaurant with the capacity to sit 140 diners, a coffee and cocktail bar, as well as a shop offering snacks and sandwiches.

The hotel features 349 rooms with a media and work center and 42" flat-panel HDTV

Those staying at the hotel can also enjoy panoramic views of the airport, which can be experienced from most of the rooms.

With the airport's northern runway just 400 metres from the hotel, guests will be glad to hear the building is triple glazed, bocking out noise from planes both landing and taking off.

The hotel is located in Bath Road

Ingrid van Veen, regional manager for Cycas Hospitality, the hotel's management company, said: “We are thrilled to announce the reopening of this stand out property at Heathrow that offers a blend of excellent quality and value coupled with the most convenient location at the airport.

“Throughout the hotel, no expense has been spared to ensure we create a welcome, efficient and memorable experience that we are sure will appeal to business and leisure travellers and meeting groups alike.”
