A toy and board game company brought a 'Day of Joy' to Hillingdon Hospital , handing out Christmas presents to sick children.

Hasbro, based at Stockley Park , sent a team of Santa and his elves to visit the Tinkerbell, Peter Pan and Wendy Wards at the hospital on Tuesday, December 15.

Laura Williams, play specialist at Hillingdon Hospital, said: “We are very grateful to Hasbro for thinking of the children in the wards this Christmas.

“The children were excited to see Santa and his helpful elves following behind, and enjoyed playing the board games afterwards”.

They received toys and board games and spent the day trying them out with friends and family in the wards.
