A Russian model and reality television star based in Kensington has denied hiring a fake bailiff to swipe valuables from her ex-husband's Chelsea home.

Marinika Smirnova, 34, who is a Smirnoff Vodka heiress, allegedly hired Robin Murray, 28, to take property worth £2,000 from Sergei Windsor's home.

The 2008 Mrs Russia beauty contest winner has rubbed shoulders with stars such as Johnny Depp and Jonathan Rhys Meyers.

Mr Windsor, also known as Sergei Kapchuk, is a former deputy in the Sverdlovsk region of Russia.

Murray is said to have entered Mr Windsor's home in Flood Street on 31 May last year with documents stating he was a court bailiff.

He allegedly took two Apple Macs, a Samsung television, a watch, a printer, and an audio recorder with a combined value of £2,000.

Smirnova denied conspiracy to commit fraud when she appeared at Isleworth Crown Court on Friday August 11.

Murray earlier denied burglary and fraud.

The pair have been bailed ahead of a trial on November 13.

Prosecutor Henry Fitch told an earlier hearing: "Miss Smirnova obtained a court judgement against her ex-husband, requiring him to pay her money.

"She conspired with Robin Murray to try and get the money.

"Murray went to the address with an accomplice and they produced papers and applications showing they were from the courts.

"They entered the property of the complainant and took a number of items."

The Russian socialite is the daughter of Elena Kolesnikova, a Soviet gymnast champion, and the great niece of Pierre Smirnoff - one of the famous Smirnoff brothers who were official suppliers of Smirnoff Vodka to the Court of Emperor Nicholas II.

She also appeared in reality television show "Meet the Russians" which aired in 2013, documenting the lives of wealthy Russians in London.

Smirnova, of of Queen's Gate, Kensington, denies one count of conspiracy to commit fraud.

Murray, of Dane Road, Warlingham, Surrey, denies one count of burglary and one count of fraud.
