Firefighters tackled a raging fire at four terraced houses in Shepherd's Bush on Monday (April 10).

Around 35 firefighters dealt with the blaze which affected multiple properties over two floors in Hilary Road.

One mid-terraced house was completely damaged in the fire with its entire ground floor, first floor and roof damaged.

A second adjacent property, also a terraced house, saw at least 20% of its roof damaged, the London Fire Brigade told getwestlondon.

The Brigade believe there was no-one inside the properties at the time of the incident.

On Twitter, London Fire Brigade (LFB) said at around 5.30pm it was called to Hilary Road.

It added the ground and first floors of the property, a terraced house, were alight.

Six fire engines and 35 firefighters attended the scene of the blaze.

A LFB spokeswoman said: "A range of four terraced houses over two floors were affected.

"A mid-terraced house had 100% of the ground, first floor and roof alight.

"An adjacent house had 20% of its roof alight.

”No persons were involved."
