Emergency services were called to the scene at around 10pm to reports a person had been hit by a train.
The man was rushed to hospital for treatment, but sadly died on Saturday morning (December 17).
British Transport Police (BTP) say the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A statement from BTP said: “We were called to Ruislip Manor London Undeground station at 10pm on Friday following reports of a person struck by a train.
“Officers attended the scene and a man was taken to hospital for treatment, where he sadly died this morning.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
This is the second shocking incident in Ruislip in the last week, after a 37-year-old woman and her seven-year-old son were found dead in South Ruislip on Wednesday (December 14).
