Police find man who absconded from Southall mental health unit

A man who absconded from a mental health unit in Southall has been found following a police appeal.

Police had asked for the public's help tracking down Adam Ting, who was last seen on Saturday, July 4, at around 10am, when he was on escorted leave in the grounds of Ealing Hospital from his ward in the mental health unit.

They said on Monday morning the 27-year-old had since returned, and they thanked members of the public for their assistance.
