Police have launched a manhunt to find a 19-year-old accused of a sex assault who failed to turn up to court.

Tasim Qinami, 19, of no fixed address, was charged after a 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted on board a train, between Twickenham and Richmond , on November 1 2016.

Qinami was due to appear before Blackfriars Crown Court on June 28 this year, charged with one count of sexual assault, but he failed to show up.

A warrant for his arrest has since been issued and detectives from British Transport Police (BTP) have now released this image of Qinami after he failed to appear at court.

Since the warrant was enacted, numerous attempts to arrest him have been made, so police are now releasing a custody image of Qinami in an attempt to locate him.
