Detectives investigating the murder of a man stabbed at a Hayes park are continuing with their appeals for information.
Five men were arrested on suspicion of murder after Harjit Singh Dulai was found by the tennis courts in Rosedale Park, off Albion Road, on January 27.
Police said four men, aged 19, 20, 28 and one in his 40s, had been released on bail pending further enquiries. A fifth man, aged 39, has been released with no further action pending.
Officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are particularly keen to hear from a man cycling through the park with his dog at around 6.40pm. He gave directions over the phone to ambulance crew rushing to the scene and may have information that is vital to the investigation.
Police were called to the park by paramedics at 6.40pm to reports of a man stabbed. Mr Singh, from Uxbridge, was taken to a central London hospital but pronounced dead at 8.30pm.
A post-mortem examination, which took place at Uxbridge Mortuary on January 29, and gave cause of death as a stab wound.
Leading the investigation is Detective Chief Inspector Noel McHugh. He said: “Our investigation into Harjit's murder continues at pace and I would reiterate my appeal to anyone with information to contact my officers.
“If you were in Rosedale Park or Albion Road around 6.40pm on Wednesday, 27 January and noticed anyone cutting through the area which runs between the rear of the pavilion and Albion Road, then please call police.
“There are people who will know exactly what happened to Harjit and I would urge those who have information to come forward. Any information provided will be dealt with discretely and sensitively.”
Mr Singh, 44, has yet to be formally identified, but next of kin have been informed.
