A search is underway for a missing elderly man from Ealing.
Frederick "Freddy" Price was last seen in Castlebar Road, Ealing, at 8.45am on Sunday (September 18).
The 84-year-old is white, around 5ft 9ins tall, of medium build and with short grey hair.
Officers said he is without his glasses.
He was wearing a black pullover and electric blue trousers.
Police are concerned for his safety and well being because Mr Price has dementia and may appear confused to anyone he meets.
Anyone with information is urged to call officers on 101.
Earlier this month a teenage girl who disappeared on the day she was due to fly to Spain to take part in a tennis tournament was found .
Donika Rimanishta , from Notting Hill, was found safe and well in Edgware on the evening of August 25 - two days after her disappearance.
