Police in Ealing are concerned for the welfare of a man with mental health issues who has been reported missing .

Noel Davis, 61-years-old, was last seen at his home address in Acton at around 3.45pm on Monday (August 28).

He is described as a white male of slim build and with brown hair.

Officers believe at the time of his disappearance he was wearing blue tracksuit bottoms and a red top.

Ealing police are appealing for help to find the man who they said may appear down, confused and erratic and requires medical health attention.

Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is requested to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
