Police were called to a Brent street on Saturday (September 26) after local residents found what they believed to be remains of an animal in the road.

The remains, believed by police to not be human, were found at 9am in Conley Road, with police cordoning off the area and the remains swiftly removed.

A Met Police spokesman told getwestlondon: “Police were called to Conley Road, Brent, at 9am on Saturday, to reports of remains found in the street.

“Officers arrived and the remains were removed.

“At this early stage, the remains are not thought to be human.”
