If you are heading out on the roads in west London this weekend then you will need to be aware of a few road closures.
Others remain closed as part of ongoing roadworks.
Motorists are being warned to expect delays on Saturday November 12 due to an event at Twickenham stadium.
The stadium will be hosting the England v South Africa rugby match, which is scheduled to kick off of 2.30pm.
TFL have warned motorists to expect a large number of pedestrians in the area.
Some roads will be closed before and after the game, but diversions will be in place.
The roads closed include; A316 Chertsey Road, London Road, Whitton Road, Rugby Road and all roads leading to Twickenham Station and around the stadium.
Traffic on other surrounding roads is expected to increase both before and after the game.
The A315 Kensington Road will be closed on Sunday, November 13 to make way for a Remembrance Sunday event.
It will be closed between Queen's Gate and Princes Gate.
Motorists should also be aware that Prince Consort Road and roads surrounding the Royal Albert Hall will also be closed.
TFL continue to warn of possible delays in both directions on the A406 Gunnersbury Avenue at the junction of Power Road in Chiswick .
It is due to the closure of Power Road for continuing bridge replacement works.
Works began in June this year and will continue until December 31.
The A244 High Street in Feltham is closed in both directions at the junction of Hanworth Road for resurfacing work.
It closed on Monday November 7 and will be off limits until Friday November 25.
Motorists using the A315 Beadon Road should expect delays at the junction of Hammersmith Grove due to a lane closure.
Carriageway works began on Monday November 7 and will continue over the weekend to Wednesday November 16.
Motorists should also expect delays on Hammersmith bridge.
The A306 at the bridge has a new weight limit imposed. Due to safety reasons, only one bus can cross the bridge at a time.
Delays will continue until the bridge is fully refurbished, which is expected to be by the end of December this year.
Motorists should expect delays on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November due to temporary traffic lights on the A404 Harrow Road.
The lights are in place at the junction of Sutherland Avenue while work is carried out by Thames Water.
