Kelly Ward, 36, of Brentford claimed the announcement to shut Greenbrook Healthcare's Manor Practice at Brentford Health Centre has angered thousands of patients.
A single mum to two boys, Ben aged 13 and Zak aged four, has been a patient for many years and along with 2,700 others who have been told by the NHS to find and register to another doctor's practice.
Miss Ward said: "There are a lot of angry patients.
"I've been with Greenbrook since they were relocated into Brentford Health Centre many years ago.
"Without the love and support my doctors have given me and my family over the years, I wouldn't know where we would be.
"As a small surgery it works well, we don't need to wait weeks for appointments, maybe the inspiration of Greenbrook will open the eyes to the NHS and not do this, all you will cause is misery and upset."
The GP services are due to come to an end on June 30, 2017.
The reasons behind the closure according to the NHS includes:
- There are five practices within a mile and three practices within the same building as Manor Surgery. Nearby practices have indicated capacity and willingness to register large numbers of patients.
- Patients would be able to choose from a number of local practices.
- The closure of Manor Surgery would allow for other practices within Brentford Health Centre to expand into vacant space and allow for a more efficient use of space at the centre, increasing the capacity of those practices, and the centre as a whole.
A statement on the Greenbrook Healthcare - Manor Pratice website says: "Primary care services at Manor Practice are currently provided by Greenbrook Healthcare Ltd.
"The contract held by Greenbrook Healthcare Ltd is GP is due to come to an end on 30th June 2017.
"NHS England and NHS Hounslow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) have now considered the feedback received during the engagement period from patients and stakeholders, together with other relevant information.
"Taking all this information into account NHS England have taken the decision to ask patients to register with another local practice.
"This means that the practice will close when the contract ends on 30th June 2017 and you will need to register with an alternative local GP practice of your choice."
Alternative surgeries patients can register to include Albany Practice, Brentford Group Practice and Brentford Family Practice, which are all within Brentford Health Centre, Ealing Park Health Centre and Bramley Road Surgery.
