West London has one of the highest rates of peeping Toms and flashers in England and Wales, new government stats have shown.

Home Office figures have revealed a big increase in the number of people exposing themselves or spying on others in Westminster in a 12-month period up to and including September 2016.

Latest numbers show 85 cases, up from 53 in the previous year, which translates to roughly one display of this kind of perverted behaviour for every 2,850 people who live in the borough - one of the highest in the two countries.
