London Paddington station was evacuated on Wednesday evening (July 12) due to a fire alert.
According to London Fire Brigade a "smell of electrical burning" led to the evacuation.
The fire service said more than 2,000 people had exited the station before firefighters arrived.
Commuters reported the smell of fumes and people coughing, some commuters reported being told there was a fire.
Rail services were heavily disrupted.

Incident over at Paddington station
London Fire Brigade confirm the incident is over.
They confirmed the incident was due to a small electrical fire in the intake room.
