A business hub in Chiswick hosted its very own Olympic-themed day to get people into the spirit of the 2016 Games in Rio.

Rowing, archery and fencing were just some of the Olympic-inspired activities enjoyed by employees, friends and colleagues who went head to head at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work.

Hundreds of office workers from the complex on Chiswick High Road joined in the lunchtime boost, ahead of the official opening Rio Olympics 2016 ceremony on Friday (August 5).

Dozens of other field, track and water events as well as traditional sports day races such as the three-legged and egg and spoon race.

Carly Gibbs, events manager at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, said: “The Olympic Games will be a world-class spectacle and we have decided to bring the Rio feel-good fever to our guests at Chiswick Park.
