North Harrow has been hit by flash flooding again after rain completely submerged Station Road outside North Harrow Underground station.

The station, which was closed as a result of flooding in June in the same location , is currently open but Transport for London (TfL) had diverted the H9 and H10 bus routes.

Station Road was closed as a result of the flooding that had built up underneath the railway bridge next to the station.

The Met Office released a weather warning for rain earlier on in the day , warning of heavy downpours and thunder storms which could lead to potential flooding in areas.

Local businesses had to shut the last time Station Road flooded, with owners criticising the council's response to the issue.

Meanwhile, Pinner Road next to Pinner Station has also shut as a result of flood flashing, but the station is currently open.
