Fancy winning a huge wedge of money, just by paying your council tax ?
Residents in Kensington and Chelsea , Brent and Westminster can do just that after the council teamed up Bacs Payment Schemes for a new competition with a £10,000 prize.
They are three of eight boroughs in London which have teamed up with Bacs, the not-for-profit organisation behind Direct Debit.
To be in with a chance of winning the £10,000 prize, residents must register to pay their council tax bill by Direct Debit before 5pm on July 15, either by returning a completed Direct Debit instruction form by post, signing-up to Direct Debit online via the councils’ websites or calling their local administration.
Residents who already pay their council tax by Direct Debit will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
The top prize was won by North Kensington resident Salvatore Rullo in 2013.
