Firefighters entered a burning building in Neasden and rescued a person stuck inside after fire broke out in a converted flat.

Two other people managed to flee the building before London Fire Brigade (LFB) arrived at the scene, on Thursday (July 20) morning.

The pair were then taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service crews, after they escaped the property on the busy North Circular Road.

Four fire engines and 21 firefighters arrived, leading one person to safety, uninjured, whilst equipped with breathing apparatus.
