A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Hounslow.
The 25-year-old man was injured in a collision in Hanworth Road, Hounslow, on April 29, at around 11pm.
He was taken to a central London hospital where he died in the early hours of Saturday (May 2).
A police spokesman said the man's next of kin had been informed but he had yet to be formally identified.
The spokesman added that a post-mortem examination would be scheduled shortly.
No-one has been arrested in connection with the collision.
Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, based in Merton, are investigating.
They have appealed for witnesses or anyone with information to call 020 8543 5157.
