A 16-year-old girl from Uxbridge who went missing after last being seen in June has been found, police have confirmed, exactly one month after she disappeared.

Monika Mrowiec went missing on June 13 but police tweeted on Wednesday (July 13) to say she had been found "safe and well".

The Metropolitan Police launched a re-appeal two find Monika on June 28 – two weeks after she went missing – asking for the public to help in their search.

The Hillingdon MPS Twitter account tweeted on Wednesday: “Good new! Missing child Monika Mrowiec has been located safe and well.”

On Tuesday (July 12) police also issued an appeal for 42-year-old Neil Jones who is missing from West Drayton.

Hillingdon MPS again took to Twitter to ask for the public's help and anyone with information on Neil's whereabouts is asked to call 999.
