18-year-old Rachel Phillips has been found safe and well following a police appeal to find her.
The teenager, from Hounlsow was reported missing yesterday, October 24.
Hounslow police have tweeted to thank everyone on social media for spreading the word.
A second teenager who was reported missing on Sunday, October 23 has still not been located.
19-year-old Ackeem Ali has been missing for more than two weeks, and police have sent out an appeal on twitter in an attempt to find the teenager.
Mr Ali was last seen on October 2 and the police and his family are keen to track him down.
