A 53-year-old sex offender has been caught by police in Lambeth after breaching the conditions of his bail, three months after he went missing.

Michael Crabb was last seen in the Uxbridge area on March 17 after being released on licence from prison on the same day.

He was arrested on Thursday (June 16) in Lambeth as a result of information the Metropolitan Police received from the public .

Officers thanked the media and the pubic for their assistance in finding Crabb.

He had been sentenced to nine years in prison for child sex offences.

After being released he breached the conditions of his bail by failing to register a change of address.

Police are still searching for a 36-year-old man who went missing from Hillingdon Hospital on Tuesday (June 14) and who 'could become violent'.
