Police swooped to seize uninsured cars off the streets of London on Thursday.

Cops in the capital removed more than 100 vehicles across the capital as part of Operation Cubo.

Police in Hammersmith and Fulham ran a joint operation with colleagues in Kensington and Chelsea, and seized three vehicles from the two boroughs. A joint operation also took place between Hillingdon and Ealing police forces, resulting in 12 cars being taken off the road.

In Hounslow, two vehicles were confiscated.

A total of 123 cars were taken from the streets in London during the nine-hour operation, which began at 7pm.
