Police in Brent are searching for a mother and baby, following their disappearance from Neasden .

Leah Reilly, 35, is believed to be with her baby boy, who is around one month old.

Police are concerned for their welfare and have launched an appeal for help in locating them.

The mother failed to pick her nine-year-old daughter up from an after school club on Monday (May 22).

Leah Reilly was last seen on the morning of Monday (May 22)

Police were alerted to her disappearance after being contacted on Tuesday (May 23).

She was last seen leaving her home in Neasden in Brent at around 8am on Monday (May 22), when taking her nine-year-old to school.

She is known to visit the areas of Kilburn , Carlton Vale, Queen's Park and Ladbroke Grove .

Police describe Leah as a white female, of slim build and medium height.

She has long, dark hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a striped navy and white coloured top.
