Minette Emanuel, 48, who's disappearance has been described as out of character, was reported missing on Wednesday (May 24).
She did not turn up to work on Monday (May 22), and has not been seen since the previous day.
Police are concerned for the health and wellbeing of the 48-year-old, as she has diabetes and high blood pressure, and is not believed to have medication with her.
Minette is described as black and of large build, with short black hair.
Police have information to suggest she was in the Acton area at around 9pm on Thursday night (May 25), and her handbag was found unattended in Acton Green Common later that night.
Hammersmith and Fulham Police urge anyone with information relating to the whereabouts of the 48-year-old, to contact them on 101, or via Twitter @MetCC.
