It has got the attention of James Corden , Adele , Beyonce and even Hillary Clinton and now the "Mannequin Challenge" craze has hit west London as a Heathrow gymnastics team have tested their balance and strength.

The challenge swept American schools last month and has now crossed the Atlantic as radio DJs and gymnasts have given it a pretty impressive go.

London radio station The Beat London 103.6FM smashed their 40 second mannequin challenge.

The RnB, Hip Hop and Reggae channel posted a video of their contribution to the trend on Twitter on Monday (November 7).

It is a relatively easy craze - compared with the Ice Bucket Challenge - and just requires people to stand still - like a mannequin - with the best holding some brilliant poses.

Celebrities and politicians are latest to get involved in the strange activity.

Mrs Clinton was seen on board a plane with members of the press, her husband and former President, Bill Clinton, and Jon Bon Jovi, ahead of the polls in the US presidential election coming to an end.

The Democratic candidate was beaten in the US Presidential race by Republican candidate Donald Trump it was announced on Wednesday (November 9).

London Gymnastics also posted its own acrobatic version from Heathrow Gym Club.

Club members show their prowess holding amazing poses.

BBC Radio 1 also did their very own Mannequin Challenge, which featured some mesmerising and gravity-defying skills from some of their most well known celebrities.
