An 18-year-old man was given a community order and fined after being convicted of attacking a pregnant woman in Chiswick.
Nathaniel Hamilton, 18, of City Road, in Islington, was handed a 12-month community order, ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a total of £210 to the courts when he was sentenced at Feltham Magistrates' Court on Thursday (February 19).
Hamilton was convicted of assault by beating on January 19, in connection with an incident involving a one-month pregnant woman on October 12 last year.
The court heard how the victim was pushed into street railings, bashing her stomach, and was punched in the face during the attack.
