A 27-year-old man has been charged with a sexual assault at Heathrow Airport.

Kean Khai Lee, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody following an appearance at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (September 29), police said.

Detectives from the sexual offences exploitation and child abuse command team charged him with committing an offence with intent to commit a sexual offence on Monday (September 28).

The attack is alleged to have taken place at around 12.45am on Monday at Heathrow's Terminal 4, police added.

Mr Lee is due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court at a later date.
