A man has been arrested and charged with suspicion of murder following the death of a 58-year-old pulled from a burning building in Northolt four years ago.
Jason Marshall was charged with the murder of Peter Fasoli after landing at Heathrow Airport on Wednesday (February 15).
The victim ha died on January 7 2013 after he was pulled from a burning building in Rubens Road.
The investigation into his murder was started nearly two years later, on November 10 2014, by officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command after new evidence was passed to the Met by West Yorkshire Police.
Marshall, 28, was arrested after returning to th UK from Italy. He will appear in custody at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (February 16).
