A suspect has been charged with murder after a man from Acton was found with fatal injuries in an east London cemetery.
Peter Charles John was found unconscious in the City of London Cemetery in Newham on Wednesday (July 23) with a serious injury to his neck.
The 54-year-old was taken by air ambulance to hospital where he later died.
John Nicholles, 52, of no fixed address, has been charged will appear in custody at Thames Magistrates' Court today (28 July).
The investigation is being led by detective chief inspector Chris Jones of the Homicide and Serious Crime Command.
