A man has been banned from carrying alcohol in Kensington and Chelsea for being racially abusive towards police officers.
Paul Browne of no fixed address was handed a two-year ban, which was imposed at Hammersmith Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (August 30).
The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to using threatening words and behaviour towards PCS0s earlier that month while out in Portobello Green on August 9.
He has received a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning him from having any booze on his person, in open or closed containers, in any public place in the borough.
Browne has tallied up 88 criminal convictions, some for similar offences, and if he breaches this CBO he could be arrested for being in contempt of court.
