According to Highways England, work will start this week, carrying out surveys to maintain safety.
The link road from the M25 clockwise to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 will be closed overnight on Saturday, March 4, between 10pm and 5am.
A diversion will be in place via the M25 junction 15, M4 westbound to junction 5 and return.
On the M4, work to maintain safety by carrying out drainage surveys will start this week.
The slip roads in both directions from the M25 to the M4 westbound will be closed overnight on Monday, February 27, between 10pm and 5am.
A diversion will be in place via the M4 eastbound to junction 4 and return.
Similarly, the link roads in both directions from the M25 to the M4 eastbound, will be closed overnight, between 10pm and 5am, on Thursday, March 2.
A diversion will be in place via the M4 westbound to junction 5 and return.
Electrical installation works will begin this week in Chiswick.
The eastbound carriageway of the M4, including Heston Services and junction 2, will be closed overnight for five nights from Monday, February 27, between 10pm and 5.30am.
Work on Friday, March 4 will start at 11pm.
Motorists will be diverted via the A4.
It is due to the closure of Power Road for continuing bridge replacement works.
Works began in June 2016 and will be completed on Thursday January 4 2018.
Parsons Green Lane will be closed northbound between New King's Road and Fulham Road whilst utility works are carried out.
TfL advise road users to take an alternative route.
Works are set to continue until April 30.
Kensington and Chelsea
TfL are warning of possible delays on the A3220 Warwick Road at the junction of Earl's Court Square.
Earls Court Square opposite Kempsford Gardens is closed until April 7, to facilitate cycle grid works.
Motorists could experience delays on the B412 St Marks Road at the junction of St Quintin Avenue, due to various road closures and restrictions in place to facilitate works.
Works will be in place until March 18.
There will be various restrictions in place on Birdcage Walk, Hyde Park Corner, Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate, until March 13.
It is to facilitate works for the Cycle Superhighway which will provide cycle routes from outer to inner London.
Work continues until April 2019 during the redevelopment of 55 to 91 Knightsbridge .
It is affecting the A4 in Knightsbridge in both directions between Wilton Place and William Street and the westbound bus lane is closed.
