A serious collision between three vehicles on Saturday morning (July 15) closed the M25 anti-clockwise near Heathrow.

Surrey Police, Highways England and other emergency services are on the scene and have opened lane five (closest to the central reservation) to allow some traffic flow between junctions 13 and 12.

The remaining four lanes will need to remain closed for recovery and investigation work and police are advising anyone travelling to Heathrow Airport to allow extra time for their journeys.
